Welcome to the new site

Why I rebuilt this now: a season of change, and a need to make working with me simpler.

I haven't had a real website in a few years. I kept telling myself I'd get to it next month, then next quarter, and the months kept going. This is the first post on the new one. It's built using AI and with a super custom workflow so I can publish more without fighting the tooling — but the bigger reason it exists now isn't technical.

A season of change

I'm in a transition and evolution phase, and most areas of my life are moving at once. On the personal side, we're moving and I'm about to become a father. On the professional side, there are new ventures, a sharper positioning, and new audiences I want to reach more deliberately.

When that much shifts in parallel, the way I'd been showing up — fragmented across projects, channels, and conversations — stopped making sense. I needed a single place that explains what I do, who it's for, and how to work with me, without the person on the other side having to assemble the picture themselves.

What's here

  • A homepage that explains what I work on and how to reach me.
  • A speaking page for talks, workshops, and panels.
  • This blog, where I'll publish longer pieces.
  • A contact form that actually goes to my inbox.

What's next

More posts, fewer excuses. If you're here because we're already talking, thanks for reading. If we're not yet — the contact form is the fastest way in.
